Julia Paniagua
Academic Star And Artistic Dreamer
Meet Julia
BIO
I'm an exceptional scholar with copious amounts of motivation. I am
profoundly intrigued by wonders of history especially our global wars. In my
free time I love to draw as I am constantly trying to improve my
illustration skills. Furthermore, I enjoy binge watching movies and TV shows
but it can get a bit burdensome when you have so many things on your
watchlist. Nevertheless, I have been in cheer for 2 years and this will be
my 3rd year cheering. It has so far been an eventful experience with ups and
downs but overall I'm thankful I pushed myself to join the team. I've always
been very shy and reserved but ever since middle school, I've wanted to try
new things. For instance, I joined Student Government in middle school and I
got the position as Treasurer. Additionally, I got into PGC which was
basically a program where we mentor 5th graders and it was so enjoyable. I
was also in the honors program which lead me to connect to a multitude of
new people that I became close to. I have been to Costa Rica through a study
abroad program which lead me to experience how different life is in a
different country compared to my own and America. Currently I am taking AP
Spanish and AP English which is a new experience for me as I am dealing with
an increased workload. I consistently set goals for myself to be the best
student I can as I am also in the National Honors Society. However, I
believe that I can push through and make this a wonderful year for myself.
